From boneless pork loins, boneless turkey breast, flank steak, and veal roasts to hams, prime rib, and large cured meats like supersotta and bologna. Our netting is sold in different diameters all in lengths of 150 feet – measured under tension.

Elastic netting creates a unique presentation and experience for consumers. Unlike conventional hand-tying, our elastic netting maintains uniform pressure surrounding the roast as it shrinks during the cooking process, assuring optimal results by eliminating voids and retaining maximum moisture and flavor. You can stuff and roll a roast, for example, and inner baste by injecting tenderizer or seasoning to the inside before cooking.
